Cancellation Policy
No cancellations can be made within 72 hours of your picnic.
Your non-refundable deposit may be used as a credit to reschedule your picnic if needed.
Once your picnic is setup, we cannot cancel or reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded.
Payment Policy
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your picnic date and time. The remaining 50% of payment is due no later than 72 hours prior to your picnic time. You may also have the option to pay for your picnic in full under one installment.
We accept all forms of payment except American Express.
Late Policy
Here at DobiLand we strive to provide excellent service for you to ensure that you have the most memorable outdoor dining experience with us. We respectfully ask that you arrive on our agreed time to enjoy the most of our services. Arriving to your picnic late can affect our schedule and interfere with other bookings for the day.
We will always be on time and ready to serve you, please be courteous and arrive to your picnic in a timely manner! We construct your charcuterie on site to be as fresh as possible for you! We can not guarantee the charcuterie to be at its best if you arrive late.
After 30 minutes we have the right to pack up the picnic without awarding a refund.
Please be mindful that your picnic time starts from the originally scheduled time whether you are on time or not.
Weather Policy
We understand that unpredictable things may happen such as bad weather. We will be more than happy to move your picnic indoors or reschedule to the next available date or time. In the unlikely circumstance where we cannot reschedule your picnic, you will be refunded any money paid.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide alcoholic beverages due to Bucks county and surrounding areas strict policies on drinking alcohol in public. Any alcoholic beverages are not permitted in public places with our events.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol if the picnic is at a private location such as your home or rental.
Damages & Spills Policy
Please inform us of any damages made and or spills or staining. Small spills such as water or non-staining items may not be charged. However, you may be charged for dry cleaning costs if needed. All breakage must be paid for.
How Our Services Work
We will be ready to serve you and have everything set up for your arrival at your chosen location and time. Once you arrive we will leave you to enjoy for the allotted time and we will be back to clean up after.
Please note that you are responsible for the items until we return to pack them up at our arranged time.
PERMITS & LICENSES
In the event that your function requires a permit or license from any governing body, local, state or federal, you will be solely responsible for obtaining such license or permit at your expense.
Covid-19 measures
COVID-19 has brought health and safety to the forefront of everyone’s mind. We want all our guests to feel 100% comfortable. Here are the steps we're taking in accordance with the CDC guidelines to help keep everyone safe:
• Items in contact with food or drinks such as all the tableware will be washed and disinfected after each picnic.
• All tables, flower containers, and other decorations will be disinfected after each picnic.
• All blankets and pillows will be washed after each picnic.
• We will continue social-distancing efforts when setting picnics up in public (even if it’s not officially mandated.)
• Our team will wear face masks & gloves when setting up and delivering picnics.
• We're offering sani wipes/hand sanitizer with every picnic setup.
